Returns Policy

MyGARD refund policy (Monitoring and G4S Security Services (UK) Patrol & Response subscriptions): You have the right to cancel your monitoring service or your G4S Security Services (UK) Patrol & Response registration by writing to us at MyGARD plc, Suite 10, Lloyd Berkeley Place, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 2JH within seven days of receiving your PIN (or the date of contract, whichever is the later). Your letter must include your account number. We will refund your payment in full, less any Group4 Patrol & Response charges you may have incurred.

MyGARD refund policy (Alarm systems): You have the right to return any alarm system purchased from us within seven days of receipt (or the date of contract, whichever is the later) for a full refund; such notice may be given by e-mailing us using the link on the store page or by calling 0870 904 0222. The Alarm system must be returned complete, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging to MyGARD plc, 4 Albury Close, Reading, Berkshire RG30 1BD. Please retain a proof of posting (which you can request at the post office).

Where original payments were made by credit card refunds will be credited to the same card. Where payment was by another method refunds will be made by cheque.

Delivery Schedule.

We will ship your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
