Backup Battery |
A rechargeable battery, normally in the control panel enclosure, that provides power to the system in the event that AC power is removed. |

Control Panel |
This is the "brains" of the Alarm System , which receives information from all the Input Devices (contact , motion detector etc.) processes the information and triggers an output device (dialer, siren, etc.) It contains an alarm system’s main circuit board, a backup battery, and possibly other components necessary for the control of the system. |

Communicator |
The element on an alarm control device – alarm panel, that automatically dials a central station and relays information about the protected building. It communicates digitally with the central station computer. |

"Image Sensor" - harware for capturing visual images. |

Carbon Monoxide Detector |
A detectors that senses abnormal amount of Carbon Monoxide in the surrounding area. |

CCTV |
Closed Circuit Television, used to record events around the protected premises to enable any suspicious activity to be subsequently reviewed. |
