On some websites it is virtually impossible to find a phone number. When you do it is unlikely you will get hold of a person, just spend your afternoon pressing buttons on your phone as you enjoy the menu maze designed to stop you reaching a person. With MyGARD I have made sure our phone number is prominently displayed on every page of the website. Also our call operators are UK based and available immediately 247!. Furthermore I encourage everyone to make contact with customers and whenever possible talk to them myself. It is customers that matter. Sure some of these other companies spend less by making it hard for you to contact them, but it will always be better value to help your customers contact you.
