MyGARD CEO to run the London Marathon for charity
John Steel is running the London Marathon on 13th April 2008 to raise much needed funds for the British Dyslexia Association
MyGARD's CEO, John Steel, is running the London Marathon on 13th April to raise much needed funds for the British dyslexia Association.
John has been an active supporter and fundraiser for the BDA for over ten years. In the mid 1990's he ran the Spellbound Ball for the charity which raised significant funds for the BDA.

British Dyslexia has three campaign areas:
To encourage schools to work towards becoming dyslexia-friendly.
To reduce the number of dyslexic young people in the criminal justice system.
To enable dyslexic people to achieve their potential in the workplace.
The BDA's role has been raising awareness of the evidence and effects of dyslexia. Aiming to develop and encourage services that meet the needs of dyslexic people.
The BDA listen to, and act upon, the needs of dyslexic people.
