18th May 2006: Intruder and fire alarm-monitoring specialist MyGARD has entered into a number of agreements to offer new housing developments, access to alarm installation and monitoring services.
The new ventures see the MyGARD team up with wiring company Home Installations and alarm installer Band Systems to provide a complete package and cost effective solution for new homeowners wanting an alarm system.
By installing the infrastructure at the building stage, houses are wired up and ready to be activated should the buyer want added protection. Not only will this provide peace of mind but it is more cost effective and stress free way for homeowners to set up a monitored service.
Customers will now have access to MyGARD’s newly launched alarm monitoring system which does not rely on neighbours responding to a traditional bell only alarm. MyGARD’s smoke detector and burglar alarm monitoring service converts traditional bell only alarms into an intelligent monitored system at less than half the price of existing services and is now available throughout a number of new sites in Berkshire and will be rolled out to further developments.
